* Once the 72-hour window has passed, we are unable to accept any exchange requests.

Unavailable Designs
If the original design you purchased is not available in the new size you want, you may choose another design within the same price range.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 1-year warranty on all sterling silver rings, which includes:
* Resizing – for example, adjusting a ring from size 10 to 11 or 12.
* Stone replacement – if a cubic zirconia or other stone falls out.
* Prong tightening – to secure any loose stones.
Note: Rings that are damaged beyond repair are not covered, sales items are also not covered.
